This Women in Global Health (WGH) side event will spotlight women and youth as catalysts for equity, innovation, and resilience in Africa’s health systems. Through the Women in Leadership, Knowledge, Intersectionality, and Networking (WIL KIN) program, WGH chapters from Kenya, Nigeria, and India will share lessons on advancing gender-transformative leadership and inclusive workforce policies. The discussion will explore strategies for equitable health workforce development, digital innovation, and policy reform, aligning with Africa CDC’s vision for self-reliant, gender-responsive, and resilient health systems.
